Nop! your document is not perfect! go back and read that law again.
This law says: in hospitals, women must be served with female doctors
and nurses - IF POSSIBLE.
So, don't worry for the health of 30,000,000 women in Iran!!

Iran Nabs Backers of Dissident Cleric after Strike


TEHRAN (Reuters) - Iranian police have arrested
shopkeepers and teachers who held a strike backing
dissident cleric Ayatollah Hossein Ali Montazeri, a
newspaper said Tuesday.

The daily Jameah said authorities in Montazeri's hometown
Najafabad, near the central city of Isfahan, also ordered
about 40 shops shut for showing support for the strike this

The strike, which shut Najafabad's bazaar, was the third in
recent weeks to protest against the authorities for holding
the senior dissident cleric under house arrest. He had
questioned the authority of Iran's supreme leader Ayatollah
Ali Khamenei in a speech in November.

Police also arrested several clerics and a woman who
headed an Islamic school for girls, in addition to an
unspecified number of traders and teachers, the newspaper

Montazeri's speech, a rare public challenge to Khamenei's
paramount power, prompted violent demonstrations last
year by hard-liners in which the dissident's home and offices
in the holy city of Qom were attacked.

Montazeri, 75, has been Iran's most prominent dissident
since the country's late spiritual leader Ayatollah Ruhollah
Khomeini dismissed him as his designated successor shortly
before his death in 1989. Montazeri had criticized
government policies including the treatment of political
